It bonds strongly even to damp surfaces—brick, concrete, stone, metal, wood, glass, vinyl, and most plastics—making it ideal for exterior repairs and maintenance . \nIts black formula is uniquely suited for compatibility with bitumen, asphalt, and roofing felt, preventing discoloration seen with white or clear variants . Rain‑Mate remains permanently flexible, resisting cracking, slumping, or brittleness with age, even when exposed to UV and temperature fluctuations . \nThis sealant is quick and easy to apply using a standard cartridge gun. After cleaning off any standing water, apply directly and tool for a smooth finish. It’s over‑paintable (with compatible paints), allowing seamless integration with surrounding surfaces .
